Harvey flour business cited by OSHA; $30,000 fines proposed
HARVEY, N.D. (AP) — The federal government says a North Dakota flour business has exposed workers to unsafe conditions. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing nearly $30,000 in fines for Dakota Prairie Organic Flour in Harvey.
