Premium and Natural Descriptors on Beef, Pork Resonate with Consumers
Nearly two out of three consumers reported they believe certain labels on beef and pork product will taste better than those that do not carry the labels, the Bradenton Herald reported. Technomic, a business-consulting company, recently surveyed consumers about beef and pork products labeled with premium descriptors such as grass-fed, lean, organic or natural.
