Toxic Spraying on/off What you're not being Told about NANO particles in atmosphere and waterways

In breifly researching "credible sources" about emergent tech I read these two articles about nano particles growing in the environment from March 11th, 2010 and Sept 2009 from www.sciencedaily.com "...Researchers Renyi Zhang, Alexei Khalizov, Jun Zheng, Wen Xu, Yan Ma and Vinita Lal in the Departments of Atmospheric Sciences and Chemistry say that nanoparticles appear to be growing in many parts of the world, but how they do so remains a mystery...." a mystery huh, abit like the 'extreme' Noctilucent cloud now present about the atmosphere, particularly over the last five years. "....The team looked at how nanoparticles are formed and their relationship with certain organic vapors responsible for additional growth."This is one of the most poorly understood of all atmospheric processes," Zhang said. www.sciencedaily.com also On the subject of nano particles and their 'mysterious' distribution throughout the environment i happened across this article that claims and quotes 'Helen Jarvie' of the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology in that "Manufacturers already use 2 million tons of nanoparticles each year in foods, cosmetics, medicines, and other consumer products" this has caused a concern for the 'adverse side effects that unregulated Nano technology can cause. The arcticle advocates for the use of 'silica' coated nano particles for use in industry, which would 'clump' together in the sewer for easy retrieval, whilst currently non-clumping nano particles flow freely ...
